Moving Day!

The day is finally here and I don’t feel prepared at all. I’ve packed up an apartment I’ve lived in for 11 years, and will leaving a city I’ve spent more than half my life in. I’ve officially traded a city of 1 million people for my hometown of about 1,700 people.

Which is seriously crazy!

However, there are going to be so many awesome benefits of the move:

1. More room: A House instead of an apartment!
2. Khaos can go nuts: A back yard instead of a balcony overlooking the back alley.
3. Creative Space: An office instead of a desk in the living room.
4. Reduced isolation: More friends & family close by instead of a 6 hour drive away.

For the past month I haven’t been able to focus on anything besides packing up, so my writing has suffered a bit. Never fear! I truly believe this change will be better for all aspects of my world – whether it be writing, work or home life.

It will be nice to be surrounded by some peace and quiet for a change. To have a room that is set up specifically for writing and work. I’ve got so many creative ideas for the space that I’m seriously excited to be writing in.

I’m also planning some fun things for my fans! Giveaways and opportunities to purchase signed books! With the extra space and proximity to a mailing centre, I will be able to provide more options for purchasing my books, as well as the ability to easily send out physical copies with swag as a giveaway.

So look for some more exciting news in the future!
